If you need a visa, then we will provide you with the official letter of invitation that you will need in order for an embassy or consulate to issue you a visa. The procedure for requesting an official invitation to obtain a visa for the conference will be available on the conference webpage at Princeton.
The Princeton host institution has arranged for discounted rates at some of the most convenient hotels; information is available on the conference webpage at Princeton. All participants must make their own reservations and pay for their own accommodations. It may be noted also that nowadays one can often find the most inexpensive hotels, hostels and other accommodation options on booking websites that offer discounts and low-end options, like Bed & Breakfasts (for example, AirBnB.com provides accommodations in people's homes with very cheap prices if you reserve early).
